NetBird is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Networking) to lead the development of high-performance networking code across Windows, macOS, and Linux. The role owns technical decisions, collaborates on code reviews and design, supports open-source users, and occasionally joins customer technical calls. Candidates need at least five years of professional software engineering experience, two years of Go development, distributed-systems expertise, networking knowledge, performance-monitoring experience, and strong testing and communication skills. The position offers a hybrid arrangement between the Berlin office and remote work, along with base salary, equity incentives, and growth opportunities.
