Scale is hiring a New Grad Software Engineer for its Global Public Sector team to own customer-facing product work from day one, including shipping AI applications, building data and evaluation infrastructure, developing agentic systems, and integrating machine learning models. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree with a Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation date, product or software engineering experience, internship experience, experience shipping scalable products, experience processing large volumes of data, and experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and/or MongoDB. The position is based in Qatar, with visa and permit support for successful candidates.
