Description
Scale is hiring a New Grad Software Engineer to own customer-facing product work from day one, including AI infrastructure, reinforcement learning and post-training data pipelines, evaluation systems, agentic applications, fraud detection, matching algorithms, UI/UX tooling, and customer service RAG applications. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree with a Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation date, product or software engineering experience, internship experience, experience shipping scalable products, experience processing large volumes of data, and experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and/or MongoDB. The full-time position is based in San Francisco and offers a base salary of $124,000–$162,000 USD, equity, and health, dental, vision, retirement, learning, and paid-time-off benefits.
