Description
The Software Engineer will join ONT’s Operational Software Engineering team and build and improve observability systems across on-prem VMs, HPC, Kubernetes, and AWS Elastic Container Service. The role focuses on metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts, service-quality indicators, and user-behaviour indicators, while also contributing to Python application development, GitLab merge requests, infrastructure as code, software security, second-line operational support, and process improvement.
