Wayve is hiring a full-time Software Engineer for its OS team to develop and maintain embedded Linux systems software for an internal fleet of autonomous-driving vehicles. The role owns Linux kernel and device drivers, builds high-performance C and C++ software, creates fault-tolerant and observable solutions, and supports diagnostics and fleet reliability. It requires embedded Linux, Yocto, kernel and device-tree, debugging, and IPC middleware expertise, with robotics or automotive framework experience desirable. The position is hybrid in Sunnyvale, California, with an estimated salary of $209,700 to $260,000 plus equity.
