Description
ALO is hiring a Software Engineer, Performance Engineering to improve the speed, scalability, and reliability of its web and mobile platforms. The role is fully hands-on and covers performance testing, bottleneck analysis, backend and infrastructure optimization, CI/CD integration, profiling, tracing, telemetry, and adoption of performance engineering practices across frontend, backend, application, platform, and data teams. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience focused on performance optimization, scalability, or observability, along with distributed systems, performance testing, metrics, logging, tracing, debugging, and cross-team collaboration experience. The base salary is $90,000-$120,000 per year.
