Description
Avaloq is hiring a backend Payments Developer to design, implement, maintain, test, and operate backend services and critical payment modules within its PL/SQL-based Avaloq Banking Suite. The role owns end-to-end delivery, observability, on-call readiness, integrations, requirements analysis, process optimization, documentation, code reviews, and cross-functional coordination. It requires extensive backend software engineering experience, strong Oracle and SQL/PL/SQL database and data-modelling skills, and incident-response and defect-triage capabilities. The position offers hybrid and flexible working and is intended for a mid- to senior-level developer.
