Redwood Software is hiring a Software Engineer, Platform & Integrations to own end-to-end delivery of complex features, improve backend performance, and help shape architecture for a SaaS-first automation platform used by enterprise customers worldwide. The role focuses on building scalable, secure backend services and microservices with Java and Spring Boot, improving platform resilience and performance, ensuring secure data exchange and compliance, collaborating with Product, QA, and leadership, and mentoring junior engineers while maintaining high testing and code quality standards.
