Description
Rogo is hiring a Platform Engineer to define and lead the technical direction of its Kubernetes-based infrastructure as it scales enterprise customers. The role owns platform reliability, scalability, observability, deployment and environment tooling, developer experience, and architectural risk mitigation, while partnering with product and engineering teams. Candidates need extensive production-grade Kubernetes scaling experience, distributed-systems knowledge, and a background in big tech or a successfully scaled startup; single-tenant architecture, financial-services, banking security, and data-governance experience are bonuses.
