Description
Twilio is hiring a remote Software Engineer, Platform Engineering (L3) to design, build, deploy, and operate highly available distributed backend services and Kubernetes clusters across AWS and Microsoft Azure. The role includes infrastructure automation with Terraform, GitOps and CI/CD, observability, technical debt reduction, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need at least four years of professional software engineering experience, strong Kubernetes and distributed-systems knowledge, and proficiency with Go, Terraform, YAML, and shell. The role is remote but excludes applicants in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, and may require occasional travel.
