Description
PNC is hiring a Software Engineer Principal for its Technology organization to lead an in-house secrets scanning and remediation platform supporting Security Innovation and DevSecOps efforts. The role is based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, Phoenix, or Dallas and is a hands-on position focused on production support, CI/CD integrations, self-service remediation, reporting, and platform reliability across Linux, Windows, containers, and databases. Candidates should bring strong enterprise application support experience, especially with RHEL, shell scripting, microservices, OpenShift or Kubernetes, MySQL, and integrations with tools such as Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and Jenkins. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience are preferred, and PNC does not offer visa sponsorship or STEM OPT for this role.
