PNC is hiring a Software Engineer Principal (Genesys Cloud) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to design, develop, configure, and support Genesys Cloud CX solutions for Treasury Management contact center capabilities. The role partners with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing omni-channel customer engagement solutions, with responsibilities including complex problem solving, technical guidance, solution design, and documentation. Candidates need Genesys Cloud certifications, experience migrating from legacy platforms, enterprise-scale experience, Genesys Cloud CX development experience, and proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, Java, JavaScript, IVR routing, queues, workforce management, and enterprise integrations.
