Description
Quest Global is seeking a Product Operations Engineer to administer and support enterprise Product Management and delivery platforms, including Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, Jira, and related integrations. The role partners with Product, Portfolio, and Engineering teams to manage access, licensing, workflows, dashboards, reporting, roadmap planning, backlog governance, release tracking, user onboarding, training, documentation, process improvements, and tool integrations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience with Product Management or DevOps platforms.
