Description
Ascom is hiring a Delivery Software Engineer to join its Project Delivery team and support the implementation, configuration, integration, testing, validation, and go-live of healthcare software solutions in hospital and healthcare environments. The role involves troubleshooting application, database, and infrastructure issues; coordinating customer acceptance; collaborating with clinicians, ICT teams, vendors, and international stakeholders; delivering training and technical documentation; and providing remote support. Candidates need a degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience, enterprise or healthcare software delivery experience, knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, and relational databases, scripting or software development experience, strong troubleshooting skills, customer-facing ability, and fluency in Italian and English. The position offers a hybrid working model and international project exposure.
