Schuberg Philis is hiring an experienced Backend Python Engineer to design, deliver, and own backend services for its core organization. The role works within a small DevOps team and the backbone team, improving software development capabilities while collaborating with sales, finance, and people-planning stakeholders. Responsibilities include building production-ready backend code, designing RESTful APIs and integrations, maintaining AWS infrastructure, implementing CI/CD, and taking ownership from development through deployment and operations. The role also involves mentoring mid-level developers and requires fluency in Dutch.
