Description
Fieldguide is hiring a Quality and Automation Engineer to own quality and automation for large enterprise deployments. The role uses agentic tooling to triage, reproduce, route, and resolve bugs; maintains consistent SaaS and PaaS environments; improves automated testing and CI quality gates; and partners with customers and engineering teams on issue reporting, validation, release practices, and quality reporting. The position is open at multiple levels, with seniority determined during interviews, and requires production software engineering, test automation, CI, customer-facing issue resolution, and hands-on AI or agentic tooling experience.
