Description
Marcom is hiring a full-stack Software Engineer to build and extend an internal quality platform that normalizes PR, specification, log, and test data; provides shared runners, APIs, evaluation harnesses, and dashboards; and integrates AI/ML, retrieval, and agentic workflows to automate test generation, defect triage, CI/CD gates, and QE copilots. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a technical field, or at least five years of relevant United States work experience, along with experience in APIs, automated testing, CI/test infrastructure, and LLM-powered features.
