The role focuses on designing and developing disaster recovery and data protection features for Amazon RDS and Amazon Aurora across in-region, cross-region, cross-account, and cross-zone topologies. Responsibilities include full software development, testing, deployment, operational excellence, and collaboration with RDS, Aurora, storage, workflow, security, and other AWS services. The position requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, programming experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
