NCS is hiring a Java Enterprise Single Sign-On Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support large-scale enterprise single-sign-on applications. The role covers requirements analysis, Java and Spring Boot development, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, security, documentation, code reviews, and production support. Candidates must have a relevant diploma or degree, government-related project experience, full SDLC experience, strong Java and Spring knowledge, Linux and Windows scripting skills, CI/CD experience, and familiarity with SSO protocols such as Apereo CAS, Singpass, Corppass, SAML2, and OIDC. The position is open only to Singapore citizens due to security clearance requirements.
