Description
The Software Engineer (Real Time Payments) will design, develop, test, deploy, and support software components for Mastercard’s real-time payments platforms. The role focuses on feature delivery, code quality, automated testing, production reliability, observability, incident response, and collaboration with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams. It requires 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience, strong Java/Spring or equivalent backend experience, and familiarity with APIs, messaging, data persistence, CI/CD, and version control.
