Description
DRW is hiring a Software Engineer, Research Technology to build and maintain high-performance software and data systems for quant researchers analyzing large event-stream datasets. The role covers raw exchange-data pipelines, distributed HPC orchestration, research tooling, simulation frameworks, model training and deployment support, and production platform reliability. It requires at least two years of experience building large-scale, high-performance systems, modern C++ and Python, strong computer-science fundamentals, and data-engineering fluency; Rust, GPU programming, ML frameworks, finance, network processing, and simulation experience are desirable.
