Wonder is hiring a Robotics Software Engineer to develop scalable robotics software that bridges high-level orchestration and low-level machine control. The role involves building and testing software for hardware platforms, developing scheduling and planning algorithms, integrating sensors and actuators, improving machine reliability, and owning core components of a new robotics product. Candidates need at least three years of Python development experience and two years in robotics, automation, mechatronics, or a related field, along with experience in scalable architecture, networking, object-oriented design, and software integration. The position is based in Wonder’s Boston office in Charlestown, Massachusetts, requires four days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $139,500 to $145,500 per year.
