Description
Lucet is hiring a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications, APIs, relational databases, and automated tests for business-critical workflows in behavioral health. The role partners with product and engineering teams, supports system integrations, participates in production monitoring and on-call support, and may involve remote work depending on the role. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical credential, at least three years of software engineering experience, and at least three years of Ruby on Rails development experience using Git. The position offers annual compensation of $100,000–$115,000 plus a discretionary incentive, health, retirement, insurance, leave, and other benefits.
