Description
Google is hiring a Software Engineer, Search, AI-Generated Content to lead end-to-end personalization and system optimization for AI-generated content across Discover and Notifications. The role develops recommendation frameworks and agentic flows, builds offline and online quality evaluation systems for large language models, improves model performance through feedback and recommendation signals, and optimizes ML inference for low-latency, high-throughput global services. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 7 years of technical leadership and industry-scale machine learning infrastructure experience, and experience with LLM evaluation and production recommendation systems.
