The Full Stack Developer will design, implement, and manage algorithms and web applications, write reusable and efficient code, perform code reviews and testing, troubleshoot software, improve user experience, and collaborate with product, design, quality assurance, and other development teams. The role also includes interviewing candidates, overseeing project progress, coaching team members, and evaluating performance. Required qualifications include advanced Next.js and NestJS, at least five years of full-stack development experience, knowledge of modern web technologies, databases, testing, DevOps, cloud services, and microservices, along with hybrid work and health insurance.
