Description
Neuralink is hiring a full-time Robotics Simulation Engineer to own end-to-end simulation of its next-generation surgical robot. The role involves building a robot simulator with dynamics, sensors, actuators, and product-stack interfaces; testing real robot software and firmware against simulated hardware; writing automated scenarios, regression, fault-injection, and coverage tests; making runs deterministic and CI-compatible; and reproducing hardware failures to accelerate testing. The position requires strong Rust and Python skills, robotics or physics-simulation experience, experience with async and concurrent systems, hardware interfaces, RPC, telemetry, and automated integration testing, and offers a base salary of $151,000–$281,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
