Neo4j is hiring a Software Delivery Engineer to build and improve an internal developer platform for its Aura managed cloud offering. The role focuses on enhancing CI/CD, Kubernetes control-plane tooling, ArgoCD and Argo Rollouts, scaffolding, testing, and continuous delivery practices. Candidates need strong Kubernetes and Golang experience, CI/CD and Docker experience, and an interest in solving developer pain points; platform-as-a-product, observability, and cloud integration experience are preferred. The position is hybrid.
