Cisco is hiring a Software Engineering Technical Leader to own CVIS/NVIS, AI Cluster Validation, end-to-end solution testing, RA certification, GPU debugging, performance profiling, bottleneck analysis, acceptance criteria, test plans, automation, release qualification, and readiness for AI cluster and Cisco network-switch solutions. The role includes developing validation strategies, executing GPU and distributed-AI test suites, modeling workloads, profiling performance, validating network and storage integrations, and driving defect triage and release documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree plus two years of related experience or a master's degree with equivalent experience, along with experience in GPU or distributed-AI validation, test automation, Python, Linux, performance analysis, defect triage, and technical communication.
