Arista Networks is hiring a Software Engineer for its SONiC software development team. The role owns software projects from definition through deployment, developing and testing system software for data center networking, implementing solutions in C, C++, and Python, debugging automated tests and customer network issues, contributing to routing and distributed-systems software, and mentoring junior engineers. The posting requires a BSc, MS, or Ph.D. in a relevant field with at least two years of related postgraduate work experience, along with knowledge of C, C++, Python, UNIX or Linux, and networking fundamentals.
