Description

PENN Entertainment is hiring a Sportsbook Platform Software Engineer to develop, scale, and optimize GraphQL APIs, gRPC endpoints, and SQL queries for theScore Bet Sportsbook. The role owns complex technical problems, end-to-end feature delivery, production performance and release management, monitoring, and engineering mentorship. It requires at least three years of software engineering experience, strong distributed-systems and production-systems knowledge, experience with Elixir, Phoenix, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and related infrastructure, and offers a $115,000–$145,000 CAD salary range.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of software engineering experience
Experience investigating and remediating production performance regressions
