Description
Visa is hiring a Technical Lead for its Visa Assist AI platform, a coding-intensive leadership role responsible for architecting and delivering a distributed multi-agent AI system serving client-facing Chat, Email, and Portal channels. The role owns technical vision, core infrastructure, agent routing, MCP protocol adapters, observability, resilience, security, code quality, engineering standards, and mentorship, while also supporting workforce and fiscal planning. It requires extensive prior experience across Java EE, microservices, databases, web security, and related technologies, with a strong preference for Python, AI/ML, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and GenAI expertise. The position requires at least three days in the office.
