Description
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a Software Integration Engineer to plan, develop, integrate, test, debug, and support software across aircraft, high-fidelity simulators, and laboratory environments. The role owns CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, virtual development labs, and software integration across diverse host environments, while participating in agile ceremonies and collaborating with engineers, scientists, and customers. Candidates need a STEM bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Linux, simulation-environment, C++ or Java, and relevant software-development experience; CI/CD, real-time systems, Python, airborne-systems, aircraft-sensor, Open Mission Systems, and project-leadership experience are desired. The position requires U.S. citizenship, an Interim Secret clearance, and special facility access, and offers onsite, remote, or hybrid work arrangements.
