Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a similar field
Required Previous Experiences: Experience with Avionics Operational Program code base and software development
Understanding of Naval Helicopter Program development practices and procedures
Experience with laboratory bench setup and test execution
9+ years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading a technical team
Experience with large-scale software development efforts
Familiarity with MH-60R/S Mission System Architecture
Familiarity with the NHP Navy Customer Set
Experience developing and integrating acoustic, ESM, radar, and weapons systems
Earned Value Management and Control Account Management experience
Strong communication skills
