Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Software Engineer for its Skunk Works avionics software team in Marietta, Georgia. The role leads and develops software for aircraft subsystems across the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, integration, testing, simulation, and milestone planning. Responsibilities include acting as a product owner, technical team lead, and subject-matter expert; coordinating with software, systems, and test engineers; and supporting agile development. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, C or C++ experience, Linux or RTOS experience, and prior technical lead or product-owner experience in Agile software development. It is fully onsite, requires U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance updated within the last five years, and offers a salary range of $120,600 to $224,000 plus benefits.
