Lockheed Martin is hiring a Software Engineer Staff to lead the F-22 Air Combat Simulation Man in the Loop development team, including the F-22 In A Box high-fidelity combat simulation. The role manages cost, schedule, technical scope, customer interactions, Agile workflows, software and hardware designs, and day-to-day guidance of the MITL development team. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, experience with C, C++, Java, or ADA, system requirements, Agile, Linux, and team leadership experience, and an active Secret clearance. The position is based in Marietta, Georgia, and offers a full-time salary range of $120,600 to $224,000 plus benefits.
