Description
Glean is hiring a Backend/Infrastructure Engineer to build and evolve its storage layer, which handles sensitive enterprise documents, permission hierarchies, user behavioral signals, and real-time query path data. The role owns storage architecture and production systems, delivers uptime, autoscaling, alerting, and monitoring, abstracts cloud differences, and supports self-healing infrastructure across multiple cloud providers. The position requires 5+ years of experience, a BA/BS in computer science or a related field, and experience with distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and storage systems. It is hybrid, with four days per week in Mountain View, and offers a base salary of $140,000 to $265,000 annually plus medical, vision, and dental coverage.
