Superhuman is hiring a Software Engineer for its Platform team within Superhuman Docs to build and improve the structured data storage layer that powers tables, grids, and views. The role focuses on cell storage, row ordering, indexing, view materialization, query execution, distributed sync, data compaction, cache invalidation, server-side query planning, and performance optimization. The engineer will also contribute to technical leadership by reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and shaping architecture for a flexible, general-purpose database serving non-technical users.
