Description
Jack Henry is hiring a Software Engineering Supervisor to directly supervise software development engineers and oversee the analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software solutions. The role includes defining technical requirements, evaluating ideas against cost and sales potential, supporting technology strategy, assisting with coding and escalated issues, and contributing to performance appraisals, recruiting, training, and budgeting. Candidates need at least eight years of software development experience, experience with SilverLake and/or CIF 2020 products, and preferably prior leadership experience; a bachelor's degree and strong programming and software development lifecycle knowledge are also preferred. The position is remote for candidates living within approximately 70 miles of Springfield, Missouri, or Monett, Missouri, and may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding.
