Optiver is hiring a Software Engineer - Talent Tooling to design, develop, and maintain its global talent assessment platform and related recruitment features. The role focuses on server-side platforms, scalability, reliability, code quality, and collaboration with global recruitment teams, while also using frontend technologies such as React or Angular. Candidates need at least three years of full-stack development experience, server-side expertise in C# .NET or Python, relational database experience, and frontend experience; UI/UX and cloud hosting experience are preferred.
