Description
Software Engineer Team Lead (Forward Deployed) role on the customer engineering team, combining hands-on full-stack software development with team leadership and talent management. The position partners directly with enterprise clients to design, implement, and scale solutions, lead value-creation and long-term application projects, build custom components/APIs/data pipelines, debug distributed systems across cloud and on-prem environments, and manage up to 6 engineers while spending at least 25% of time on hiring, coaching, performance feedback, and training.
