Regions is hiring a full-time Software Engineer Team Leader to lead and direct software development, application maintenance, testing, deployment, documentation, and compliance activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and seven years of related experience, along with test-driven development, agile development, and leadership capabilities. The position is intended to be onsite in the Birmingham, Atlanta, or Charlotte area, with regular office attendance of three or more days per week, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
