Description
The Hardware Test Engineer will own testability, qualification, production testing, and cross-domain debugging across Specter’s hardware product lifecycle. The role involves building Python and Rust test fixtures and software, developing environmental qualification rigs, defining test requirements with hardware, firmware, and mechanical teams, and investigating mechanical, electrical, and software failures. Candidates need strong Python, low-level hardware programming, electronics and schematic knowledge, mechanical fixture intuition, project management, and production-floor experience.
