Google is hiring a Software Engineer, Threat Intelligence, in Málaga to serve as a technical anchor and strategist for the GTI Threat Scoring platform and verdict engine. The role defines technical strategy and architecture, mentors mid-level and executive engineers, partners with security and threat-intelligence teams, and architects cloud-native microservices for low-latency graph propagation and real-time threat intelligence streaming. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, extensive full-stack and software-architecture experience, and experience integrating generative AI or LLM interfaces. The listed compensation is €120,000–€123,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
