GovTech is hiring a software engineer to design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and support software products for the TradeNet Rebuild, Singapore’s national single window for trade permit processing. The role owns code from technical design through production, collaborates with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders, and improves systems, tooling, and workflows. Candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma, 3–4+ years of software engineering experience, full-lifecycle engineering knowledge, cloud and container experience, and either full-stack Kotlin and ReactJS or backend Kotlin and PostgreSQL expertise.
