Description
Vespa.ai is hiring a full-time Software Engineer, Vespa Cloud & Enterprise (Java) to develop and maintain Java services in the Vespa Cloud control plane and the Vespa Kubernetes Operator. The role involves deployment orchestration, autoscaling, access management, monitoring, billing, self-service tooling, cloud-provider and Kubernetes API integration, testing, CI/CD, reliability, and customer issue resolution. Candidates should have strong Java programming skills, a computer science degree or equivalent practical experience, cloud or Kubernetes operator experience, and knowledge of REST APIs and networking. The position is based on-site at the Trondheim office, with flexibility to work from home or remotely when agreed with the manager.
