Google is hiring a Software Engineer to join the Wallet 1P Integrations team and develop, test, and maintain features that import pass data from Gmail, Photos, and Android into Google Wallet. The role focuses on receipts, flights, loyalty cards, event tickets, offers, and hotel reservations, while also designing reusable UI and backend components for the Android app and Google Play Services. Responsibilities include code reviews, collaboration with product and UX teams, and contributing to scalable user experiences. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, one year of software development experience, and one year of data structures and algorithms experience; machine learning, AI quality evaluations, backend systems, and data processing experience are preferred.
