ROSSMANN is hiring a Software Engineer Workforce Management to maintain and improve workforce-management systems, establish technical governance, support AI use in the workforce-management environment, and improve release cycles through test automation. The role requires strong system-architecture knowledge, scripting or programming experience, SQL and database knowledge, monitoring and logging experience, CI/CD familiarity, IT security and GDPR awareness, and experience with AI and GenAI tools. The position is based in Burgwedel near Hannover and offers 50% mobile work.
