ROSSMANN is hiring a Software Engineer Workforce Management to maintain and improve workforce-management systems, establish technical governance, support AI use in the workforce-management environment, and improve release cycles through test automation. The role requires strong system-architecture and database knowledge, scripting or programming experience, monitoring and logging expertise, CI/CD familiarity, IT security awareness, and experience with AI and GenAI tools.
