Description
Assembled is hiring a Workforce Operations Software Engineer to build an AI-native workforce management product from 0→1. The role owns end-to-end problems involving live support volume, staffing, performance, data models, systems, product experiences, autonomous-control layers, and observability. Candidates should have at least two years of software product experience, have shipped products end-to-end, and be comfortable working across the stack, handling real-world reliability and noisy data, and making product judgment. Experience with AI agents, real-time products, evaluation, observability, tool use, or guardrails is preferred but not required.
