State Street is hiring a Database Software Engineering Developer to support enterprise application development across business units, with strong exposure to cloud-based database platforms. The role involves designing and developing software, participating in technical design and deployment, testing data, troubleshooting database issues, and optimizing performance, scalability, security, and compliance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of relevant database development experience, and expertise with Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, Redshift, data modeling, ETL pipelines, and cloud-native architectures. The position is hybrid, requiring four days per week in the Boston, Massachusetts office and one remote day, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. The annual salary range is $90,000 to $157,500, and the role reports directly to the Vice President.
